How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $59 or more. Orders under $59 have a flat $5.49 fee, shown in your cart before checkout.
Can I order from different departments at once?
Yes — every department shares one cart, so you can check out everything together.
When will my order ship?
Most physical items ship within 1–3 business days. You'll receive tracking by email once your order is on its way.
How are software and eGift cards delivered?
Digital items are emailed as codes to the address used at checkout. Check spam or promotions if you don't see yours, then contact us.
What is your return policy?
Most unused physical items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Delivered digital codes and opened personal care, supplement or pet food items are final sale. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
