Products
We aim to show products accurately, but small variations in color, packaging or design may occur. Trademarks and brand names belong to their owners and don't imply endorsement of One Store Mart.

Pricing and tax
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. If an item is mispriced, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase, accepted when we send a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel orders due to availability, payment issues or suspected fraud, refunding any payment taken.
Shipping
We ship within the United States. Orders of $59 or more ship free by standard delivery; a flat fee applies to smaller orders and is shown before payment. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
Digital products and eGift cards
Software and eGift cards are delivered by email. Delivered codes are non-refundable unless defective or where required by law and are subject to the issuer's terms.
Intellectual property
The One Store Mart name, logo, site design and original content belong to us or our licensors and may not be used commercially without permission.
Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties about the site. Manufacturer warranties still apply.
